As you drive your car or truck, try to be aware of normal sounds from the engine, transmission, exhaust system and tires. If you hear unusual sounds, please listen carefully so you can describe them to us. Unusual or extremely loud sounds - which we call "noises" - can tell our Service Technicians about your vehicle's problem. These descriptions of noises will help you give accurate answers to to questions about noises.
