1. Pasquale’s Neighbourhood Pizzeria
It’s hard not to like Pasquale’s. Upon entering, the exposed brick interior immediately gives it an authentic feel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is fantastic! If you can only try one thing, it has to be the 30-inch Bronxosuarus pizza. They also serve ice cream! Be aware, however, Pasquale’s is closed on Mondays and they don’t take reservations, so get there early. You won’t be disappointed.
2. The Half Barrel Bar and Kitchen
Just walking distance from the famous Mayo Clinic, The Half Barrel may not immediately strike you as an Italian venue. Don’t be fooled, however. In addition to some classic American menu items and fine dining options, their kitchen also serves an incredible array of flatbreads and a bruschetta that would rival those served in Milan. Stick around for their extensive drinks menu which includes 400 different whiskey options, with happy hours between 2 and 6 pm every weekday.

If you’re really starving, check out Victoria’s for a great selection of hearty dishes, served in enormous portions! Enjoy it outside in the beautiful natural seating area, and soak up the atmosphere.
4. Terza Ristorante
Last, but by no means least, on our list is Terza Ristorante. This upscale establishment prides itself on cultivating and creating a spirit of Dell’ Anima, or “the soul of the pasta”. Diner’s Choice Award winner in 2020, everything on the menu is hand-crafted and prepared with great care. As the name suggests, this warm, wood-paneled restaurant serves incredible decor along with up-market Italian cuisine.
